It's that time of year again...

It's hockey playoffs. With the playoffs comes many late nights (thank you Western Conference) though not nearly as late as when we watched the games at 3 am in South Africa over a terrible internet connection. With the playoffs also comes highs and lows. When the Wings win, I'm happy. When they lose, I sulk until the next game day. I had so much anxiety yesterday, I almost asked Joel to just call me once we scored. I decided to work on Graham's Christmas stocking while we watched. I felt much better once we scored the first one. Thank goodness we won, I'll be in a good mood until at least Friday.

Graham has been showing his spirit too!!



Here are some pics of us playing ball the other night. He loves to kick them and throw them. He runs up and down the hallway again and again. We like to do this to tire him out at night!



His new favorite trick is picking up two or three at a time and throwing them.

When one plays football, one gets tackled...

(the football is just out of the shot, but he was holding one...really...daddy would never pick on him without reason!!)

He also likes to sit on the landing between the stairs and throw the ball up the stairs and crack up hysterically as it bounces down. Oh to be a child, and entertain ourselves... :)

He is so happy...it's hard to ever be in a bad mood around him...even if the Wings do lose from time to time.
